Receiving a refund

Our warranty is simple as simple as refunding your purchase within 24hours after received goods. you should receive an email notification once refund has been processed . In the event you would like a replacement, please contact us


Unlike many of our competitors we do not charge restocking fees for returned items. Restocking fees generally run from $20-$80 and constitute the cost of processing the return. Often it is used to cover reshipment, however many retailers charge both reshipment costs as well as restocking fees. We don’t play that game. No restocking fees, it’s a simple as that.
